Collecting and managing old data, especially when the majority of members’ information and contact details are missing, was found to be a time consuming job with no enough resources for the Order of Physiotherapists in Lebanon (OPTL).

Therefore, data-rho was their choice to achieve this goal in the most exact and fastest way possible.

Raw old data, going back to the 80s, was handed to data-rho, who organized the hard copy files of around 2500 enrolled members by sorting the data, calling each member to complete and update his info and getting the missing files in hard copies, and finally scanning and adding them electronically to OASIS system.

Despite all the obstacles faced, data collection and backlog archiving were accomplished in 3 months only!
The Order of Physiotherapists in Lebanon is now more accountable with their members, and future decisions will be made on accurate and reliable statistics.
